Practice experience
Focusing on criminal defense, criminal prosecution, and compliance business, he has worked in Beijing district and municipal procuratorates for 18 years, serving as the head of the Review and Arrest Department, the Public Prosecution Department, and a member of the procuratorial committee. During his tenure, he undertook hundreds of various cases such as economic crimes and duty crimes. Including cases of corruption, bribery, dereliction of duty, and other crimes of leading cadres at the ministerial and bureau levels that have significant social impact. After transforming into a lawyer in 2019, he undertook dozens of criminal cases, many of which were arrested without approval, not prosecuted, or sentenced to probation.
