In order to build up the professional skills of young lawyers of Gaopeng & Partners Nanjing Office and motivate their growth, the Party Branch of Gaopeng & Partners Nanjing Office conducted “Series Lectures on Caring the Growth of Young Lawyers”. Director and Lawyer Li CAO, Senior Partner and Lawyer Yijin HU, Lawyer Ruxiang LIU and Lawyer Jian LIANG were invited to give instructions to our young lawyers.

Director and Lawyer Li CAO delivered a theme lecture on the practice discipline and professional skills training to young lawyers. Managing Partner and Lawyer Ruxiang LIU analyzed criminal defense business and risk control for young lawyers from the professional angle. Lawyer LIU sorted out the entire process of criminal defense for young lawyers based on her rich working experience and a large number of fresh cases, reminded key points, difficulties and risk points therein one by one, and enabled young lawyers to have a more systematic understanding about criminal defense.

As the leader of the financial team, Senior Partner and Lawyer Jian LIANG has profound experience in relevant fields. Lawyer LIANG explained the features and difficulties of legal services concerning finance and securities from four aspects, namely introduction, theory, practice and caution, provided vivid interpretation on relatively complex legal concepts of finance based on cases, and reminded young lawyers that when handling cases, especially financial cases, young lawyers should correct attitude, be diligent and responsible; otherwise, they may not gain profits, and may also be subject to the punishment imposed by competent authorities.
