Practice experience
Lawyer Sun Zhen has over ten years of experience in international trade related businesses. Since 2012, it has acted as an agent for dozens of Chinese enterprises such as Shuangqian Group, Jing'ao Group, China Chemical Group, etc., and responded to the lawsuit brought against China by the United States, the European Union, Canada, Australia, India, Russia, South Africa, Pakistan, Brazil, Mexico, Türkiye, Egypt, Argentina and other countries and regions on steel, photovoltaic, silk, household appliances, tires, ceramic tiles, glass Over a dozen anti-dumping and countervailing cases involving chemical products have resulted in zero or lower tax rates for enterprises in multiple cases. Lawyer Sun Zhen has also served as a perennial legal advisor to multiple companies, with rich experience in corporate compliance. During his practice, Lawyer Sun Zhen also represented individuals and enterprises in civil and commercial litigation and arbitration, and won numerous civil and commercial litigation and arbitration cases he represented.
Work experience
Lawyer Sun Zhen joined Beijing Gaopeng Law Firm in July 2012, and later served as a senior lawyer at Beijing Jingshi Law Firm from November 2019 to March 2022. He returned to Beijing Gaopeng Law Firm as a senior lawyer in April 2022. In addition, she worked as an intern in the Treaty and Law Department of the Ministry of Commerce of the People's Republic of China during her postgraduate studies.
