This project requires the shortlisted law firm to provide legal consultation and answer services to the public through on-site, hotline, online, video and other means, and to comply with the management of the Municipal Legal Aid Center, abide by the work requirements and service standards of the 12348 hotline of the Municipal Legal Aid Center for duty consultation, keep good records of work orders, and actively participate in other public welfare legal service work arranged by the Municipal Legal Aid Center. The total service period for the procurement of this winning bid agreement is two years.

By providing consultation services through the 12348 hotline, duty lawyers can not only develop communication skills with clients, understand the situation of various sectors of society, expand case sources, but also contribute to the improvement of the ability level of independent lawyers with short practice periods. As it is a public interest legal service, the on duty consultation time can also be counted as the lawyer's public interest legal service time.
