On the morning of November 29,2018,the United Front Work Department of the Nanjing Gulou District Committee held an appointment ceremony for legal counsel at the Taiwan Compatriot Reception Station.Lawyer Liu Ruxiang,managing partner of Gaopeng Nanjing Office,was appointed as legal counsel at the Taiwan Compatriot Reception Station of the Nanjing Gulou District People's Government.The appointment ceremony was presided over by Ding Jiansheng,member of the Standing Committee of the Gulou District Committee of Nanjing City and Minister of the United Front Work Department.Li Dongfang,Deputy Minister of the United Front Work Department,issued a letter of appointment to Lawyer Liu.

This time,Lawyer Liu Ruxiang was selected as the legal adviser of Taiwan compatriots reception station,which is both an honor and a responsibility.Lawyer Liu said that he would rely on Gaopeng to learn about social conditions and public opinion,participate in political discussions,provide legal services related to Taiwan affairs,and publicize mainland laws and regulations through Taiwan compatriots reception stations in order to adapt to the requirements of Taiwan policy under the new situation.
