Mr.Zhang Zheng conducted the meeting and gave a speech on Comparison of Performance Management in China and United State.Other arbitrators delivered speeches separately,entitled Discussion on Performance Management Contracts,Legal Issues on Cooperation between Artists and Talent Agencies,Arbitration of Television and Film Contracts Disputes,Copyright Issues on Film and TV Industry,and Contracts of Television Media.All arbitrators and guests were engaged in a heated discuss on hot issues of culture media industry and improve direction of the research group.
Mr.Lin summed up and emphasized that culture media research group is a professional organization which shall devote itself to spreading risk prevention concept,discovering new issues and reaching new consensus.Mr.Lin said the research results shall contribute to the justice and equity of trial and unified range of discretion.At last,he wishes the group to become a culture brand of BAC.
