Recently, a dispute over infringement of trade secrets, represented by senior partners Shen Aishan and Xiao Fangyong from Gaopeng Law Firm, won the second instance of the Supreme People's Court.

The client of Gao Peng is a high-tech biopharmaceutical manufacturer. Due to the former executives of the company setting up a company that utilizes the technical information and process procedures involved in my client's case to produce and sell similar products, my client's market has been impacted and significant economic losses have occurred.
