Recently, the 21st "Li Law Cup" National College Mock Court Competition was grandly held at Tsinghua University and Liaoning Building. Lawyer Wu Ailing, senior partner of Gaopeng Law Firm, was invited by the organizing committee to serve as a judge for eight consecutive matches for two days.

The "Li Law Cup" National College Mock Court Competition is a large-scale legal knowledge and skills competition organized by the Law School of Tsinghua University and co organized by the Taiwan Science and Law Education Foundation and Taiwan Law Firm. It has been held for 21 times and has attracted elite students from well-known universities across the country to participate. Representatives from 40 universities, including China University of Political Science and Law, Renmin University of China, Tsinghua University, Peking University, Wuhan University, and Jilin University, participated in this competition. The judging lineup consists of senior frontline judges, lawyers, university professors, and experts from municipal labor management units.

The topic of this competition is labor cases in new industries, which is highly challenging and practical. In the competition, 40 representative teams brought an exciting high-level showdown, and in the end, the teams of China University of Political Science and Law and Wuhan University won the championship and runner up with excellent results! The holding of mock court competitions is of great benefit to the enhancement of young students' learning ability, the cultivation of a serious attitude towards work, the experience of teamwork spirit, and the accumulation of legal professional literacy.
