Lecture 1:Contract Compilation and Electronic Contracts
In order to better learn the Civil Code,which came into force this year,and promote mutual communication among lawyers within the Institute,Gaopeng Institute plans to use the Reading Club platform this year to systematically and comprehensively study various chapters of the Civil Code.
On March 26,a series of activities to learn the Civil Code officially began,with the first sharing activity"Contract Compilation and Electronic Contracts"brought by Lawyer Zhang Bo,the director of the Institute's Reading Association.In his sharing,Lawyer Zhang first introduced the significance of revising the Civil Code,and then comprehensively introduced the key revisions in the Contract Code.After the overall introduction,Lawyer Zhang and his colleagues who participated in the reading conference focused on sharing the new rules related to electronic contracts in the"Contract Compilation",and analyzed the common legal risks and countermeasures in electronic contracts in combination with the laws and regulations such as the promulgated and effective"Electronic Commerce Law"and the upcoming"Measures for the Supervision and Administration of Online Transactions".This activity is conducted in an offline venue and online live broadcast,facilitating the participation of lawyers from all over the country.
The Gaopeng Reading Club will organize 1-2 learning and sharing activities on the Civil Code each month this year,with lawyers with expertise in the relevant fields of our institution invited to speak.
