Practice experience
Since practicing as a lawyer in 2015, Mr. Shuai Qu has handled more than 400 litigation and arbitration cases of various types, and many of the cases represented by him have obtained favorable judgments from the Supreme People's Court of the People's Republic of China, and he has provided compliance legal services for more than 20 organizations. Mr. Shuai Qu has accumulated rich practical experience in commercial litigation, corporate compliance and other fields, and in recent years, he has opened up two service areas, namely, legal services related to plant varieties and defense of economic crimes, and has achieved excellent results.
Work experience
Mr. Qu Shuai worked in Qingdao Ocean University of China Holding Co., Ltd, which is a well-known university asset management company, and served as a legal affairs specialist and head of the legal affairs department successively. He is mainly responsible for contract drafting and review, risk prevention in training and education, intellectual property protection, handling disputes related to lawsuits and legal affairs related to the process of transformation of scientific and technological achievements.

Lawyer Qu Shuai was invited to share legal issues related to agriculture with the China Green Food Association
On the afternoon of September 27, 2024, the Litigation Business Research Association of Chaoyang District Lawyers Association in Beijing and the China Green Food Association held a joint construction activity and the 13th Member Day of the China Green Food Association - Entering Agricultural Enterprises, Providing Precise Legal Services, and Promoting Agricultural Green Development. The event was successfully held at the China Green Food Association (live streamed online).
