Ms. Li used to work in such famous law firms at home and abroad as LINTANG&CO.LAWYERS, Beijing King & Wood Mallesons, Zhonglun W&D Law Firm. She served as the head of risk control department of the PE fund management company under SINOMACH Group and the legal director of CreditEase PE FOF Investment successively. Ms. Li has accumulated ample practical experience in all aspects of the whole PE industry chain, inclusive of the establishment and issuance of PE funds, fund raising, fund investment, fund operation and post-investment management, fund exit, fund liquidation, fund compliance, and relative dispute resolution. Ms. Li also has been involved in some overseas business, such as foreign litigation and arbitration, international technology transfer, offshore listing, offshore bond issuance and other foreign-related business.
