Lawyer Fan Chao graduated from China University of Political Science and Law in July 1996,and joined the CPC during his university years.From 1996 to 1998,I was responsible for the legal affairs of Hong Kong New World Group's investment projects in Beijing,and was responsible for the management of the Beijing New World Center hotel and shopping mall.
Obtained legal practice qualification in 1998.Since 1999,I have been working as a lawyer,mainly engaged in litigation and non litigation legal disciplines such as real estate,financial securities,futures,intellectual property,international trade,contract negotiation and enterprise change,mergers and acquisitions,asset restructuring,and listed company business.Acting as an agent for many large state-owned enterprises,listed companies,and foreign-funded enterprises in China,handling a large number of influential economic and civil litigation cases,involving real estate,securities,finance,futures,intellectual property,international trade,economic contract disputes,enterprise changes,mergers,acquisitions,asset restructuring,and other special legal services,with rich professional experience.
From January 2003 to the end of 2008,he served as a legal aid lawyer for the Chaoyang District Disabled Persons'Federation of Beijing.
He has donated many times to schools and students in remote areas such as Qinghai,Tibet,and Liangshan in Sichuan,and donated to various social charity organizations.During the Wenchuan earthquake disaster in 2008,donations were made to the disaster areas and various ways were taken to provide relief to the disaster areas.
In June 2007,he was evaluated as an outstanding Communist Party member by the Party Committee of the Dongcheng District Bureau of Justice in Beijing.
In 2013,he was rated as an excellent lawyer in Chaoyang District,Beijing.
Fan Chao joined Beijing Gaopeng Law Firm in 2009.Before joining Beijing Gaopeng Law Firm,he worked as a senior partner at Beijing Zhongyi Law Firm.
Previously,he worked for the Hong Kong New World Project Management Center of Beijing Chongwen New World Real Estate Development Co.,Ltd.as a legal adviser and assistant financial controller of the center.
