Recently,at the invitation of the Training Center of the Ministry of Commerce,thelawyer team led by Jiang Liyong,the partner of Gaopeng&Partners,held a number of training sessionsfor law enforcement officials from the grassroots level of the national business system on the"Measures for Administration of Automobile Sales"(the“Measures”for short).The training has made a profoundbut simple interpretation to the issues such as the background and significance of revision of the“Measures for the Implementation of the Administration of Automobile Brand Sales”into the“Measures for Administration of Automobile Sales”,articles of the“Measures”,the procedures of administrative penalties,and the boundary of the“Measures”and other laws and regulations,which were well received by the participants.
