On the afternoon of December 28, 2024, the Second Inaugural Celebration Conference and 2025 New Year's Meeting of Tianjin Hubei Huanggang Chamber of Commerce were grandly held at the Tianjin Social Mountain International Center Conference Hotel. More than 300 people, including leaders and guests from Tianjin and Huanggang, representatives of Chu merchants from across the country, representatives of chambers of commerce from other regions in Tianjin, and all members of Tianjin Hubei Huanggang Chamber of Commerce, participated in the celebration activities. At the meeting, Li Guo, Chairman (President) of Huanggang Federation of Industry and Commerce (General Chamber of Commerce), and Zhong Lin, Director of Huanggang Investment Service Center, awarded the plaque to Lawyer Yuan Xiaoguang, a partner of Gaopeng (Tianjin) Law Firm, and appointed Lawyer Yuan as the Chairman of the Chamber of Commerce.


Tianjin Hubei Huanggang Chamber of Commerce was established on March 27, 2019. Since its establishment, it has played an important role in promoting Tianjin's economic development, strengthening information exchange, and promoting investment cooperation. In promoting economic cooperation and development, Huanggang Chamber of Commerce serves as a bridge between enterprises and the government, actively promoting economic exchanges and cooperation between Tianjin and Huanggang, and attracting investment of about 10 billion yuan for Tianjin city; In terms of political and social leadership, we will adhere to political guidance and promote member enterprises to fulfill their social responsibilities. Was once rated as an "Advanced Grassroots Party Organization in Tianjin" by the Tianjin Municipal Committee of the Communist Party of China; In terms of serving members, we provide policy support and professional services to help member companies solve operational difficulties and promote business development.

Looking ahead to the future, Lawyer Yuan Xiaoguang stated that the new Chamber of Commerce will continue to uphold the purpose of serving its members, hometown, and society. As the Chairman of the Chamber of Commerce, he will fully leverage his legal expertise and actively engage in public legal education and consulting work, providing the necessary legal services for member enterprises and contributing to the high-quality development of the Chamber of Commerce. He will also further strengthen communication and cooperation with the governments of Tianjin and Huang. In addition, Lawyer Yuan Xiaoguang also hopes to use the platform of the Chamber of Commerce to better promote the law firm, shape the brand of the law firm, achieve the organic integration of legal profession and the development of the Chamber of Commerce, and inject new vitality into the rule of law construction and economic development in Tianjin.
