In order to further crack down on environmental pollution crimes and strive to build a law enforcement team with excellent professional and technical skills in on-site investigation of environmental pollution cases, on May 24th, the research institute was commissioned by the Food, Drug and Environmental Investigation Detachment of Chengdu Public Security Bureau to carry out technical training on on-site investigation of environmental pollution criminal cases. Yang Zhifeng, the captain of the Ecological Environment Crime Investigation Brigade of the Food, Drug and Environmental Investigation Detachment of Chengdu Public Security Bureau, and Hou Wenchun, the director of the Sichuan Tianfu Environmental Damage Judicial Appraisal Research Institute, attended and delivered speeches. In addition, Lawyer Qiu Xiaoyan from Gaopeng Law Firm was also invited to give a theoretical lecture on the role of ecological environment monitoring in handling environmental crime cases.
