This year, the project team of the Practice Base specifically went to Taiwan to recruit, and two special meeting scenes were hot. After a simultaneous video interview between Shanghai and Taiwan,26 outstanding young Taiwanese law students from eight universities in Taiwan, including Soochow University,Politburo University,Taiwan University,Success University,Chung Zheng University,Chung Hing University,Tamkang University, and Taipei University of Education, were selected for the fourth practice base.

Chen Weiru, from the National Political University of Taiwan,is one of the students of the fourth"Taiwan Young Legal Talents Practice Base",studying and practicing at Gaopeng(Shanghai)Law Firm.Speaking of her two month internship,Chen Weiru initially felt that she might have come here as a part-time student, doing chores. However, she didn't expect the law firm to ask her not only to draft a company contract, but also to attend court with a lawyer, which made her feel highly valued.

The person responsible for guiding Chen Weiru is Cai Shiming,a partner of Gaopeng(Shanghai)Law Firm.Lawyer Cai said that with the economic and social development, the so-called legal gray areas have become fewer and fewer, but the relevant regulations on both sides of the Taiwan Strait are different, and many Taiwanese people are inevitably prone to mistakenly accessing the legal website, making it important to improve their legal literacy.
