I have always enjoyed the happiness and satisfaction that comes with helping others through hard work since I was young. This is largely influenced by my father. Being a lawyer has always been my dream since I was young, and the belief in promoting social fairness through individual cases has been my legal ideal since I started practicing. Lawyer Zhou Xueteng's hometown is a small town in Inner Mongolia. She recalled, "I remember when I was in third grade of elementary school, a southern friend of my father went to Inner Mongolia to do business and was accidentally cheated out of all his savings by the locals. In that era, people rarely signed contracts, and it was difficult to find strong evidence of being cheated. He was a foreigner and had no local friends to seek help from, but he found my father and... Request assistance. At that time, there were not many people working as lawyers in Inner Mongolia, and my father himself was not a lawyer. However, my father quickly helped him find a lawyer and worked with him to find a solution, ultimately recovering the tens of thousands of yuan he had been scammed. When the judge handed over the execution money to him, his father's friend was so excited that he couldn't help but cry. I witnessed firsthand his helplessness when he was deceived, as well as his excitement after recovering the money This had a profound impact on Lawyer Zhou Xueteng, who was still young at the time. The earliest experience of joining a public welfare organization was when she participated in the student club "Peking University Love Society" while studying at Peking University. She recalled the scene at that time, saying that there were few institutions that established volunteer service clubs in universities across the country, and the "Peking University Love Society" was the first to raise the banner of volunteer service. Later, many universities established similar volunteer clubs. In the club, everyone used their spare time to carry out many fundraising, donation, and public welfare activities, which made her very happy and satisfied.

Lawyer Zhou recalled an experience of taking his daughter to a blind children's home. At the age of 4, she was scared by the children in the blind children's home and hid behind me, afraid to open her eyes. This was the first time my daughter realized that there were many children in the world who were different from her, and these 'strange' children did not have parents. However, as she went there more times, her daughter gradually tried to hug and touch the children in the blind children's home from the initial fear and resistance, and even held them without giving up. She also saved the New Year's money and donated it to the blind children's home, and took the initiative to tell the stories of the blind children's home to the children around her, taking classmates and her friends to visit the children in the blind children's home. These experiences planted the seeds of public welfare in her daughter's heart, more than anything else. Lawyer Zhou is much earlier.
