After standing out from a comprehensive selection process,some 17 law experts and practicing lawyers received the letter of appointment from leaders of Minhang District,Shanghai at the afternoon of July 5,2018,thus officially acting as the legal counsels for the District’s Commission and Government.


From May,2018,the Minhang District’s Commission and Government of Shanghai Municipality have initiated the selection and appointment of legal counsels by means of individual application,organization recommendation,qualification examination,and comprehensive evaluation,from which some qualified candidates stood out.

Lawyer Xie Xiangyang,Director of Gaopeng&Partners(Shanghai)is appointed as the legal counsel of Minhang District Commission and Minhang District People’s Government in 2018.
