In the field of construction engineering,the court heard disputes over construction projects involving the eastern expansion of the airport and the construction of the airport logistics park in the airport development zone area and the capital airport area.In the second instance of the rejection of a construction contract dispute between the appellant,a real estate company,and the respondent,a limited liability company,and the original defendant,a group company,which was tried in 2013,the legal relationship,responsibility,and jurisdiction between the employer,the contractor,and the actual constructor in the field of construction were elaborated in detail.In the second instance,the Supreme Court recognized the hearing opinion of the Beijing High Court.The judgment document in this case was evaluated as excellent judgment document by the Beijing Court.As a lawyer,I have represented in construction project contract dispute cases,including the Supreme Court,and have rich experience in the field of construction projects.
In the financial field,in 2013,I wrote an article to conduct a thematic study on financial loan contract disputes and insurance disputes in Beijing courts,and clarified the guiding opinions of Beijing courts on the centralized jurisdiction of two types of disputes,the trial of financial loan contract disputes and non performing creditor's rights recovery disputes,and the jurisdictional differences.There is more research and practice on financial non performing claims.
In terms of the business field of listed companies,from 2020 to early 2022,I was appointed by a law firm as the Head of Risk Control(Legal Affairs)of the group company,responsible for all investment and financing fields,contract risk prevention and control,litigation,dispute resolution,and other businesses of the group company,establishing regulations and systems to effectively achieve risk prevention and control.
Before joining Beijing Gaopeng Law Firm,he served as a judge and deputy chief judge of the Shunyi District People's Court of Beijing,as well as a judge and presiding judge of the Beijing Higher People's Court
