Mr. Pu Xinmin has been working as a trainee lawyer and lawyer in Jiangsu Hailang Law Firm since January 2008. Since 2010, he has been practicing at Beijing Gaopeng (Nanjing) Law Firm and is currently a senior partner lawyer.

Since serving as legal advisor to Jiangsu Tongzhou Second Construction Engineering Co., Ltd., Mr. Pu Xinmin has represented Jiangsu Tongzhou Second Construction Engineering Co., Ltd. in multiple litigation cases, successfully recovering high amounts of project arrears for Jiangsu Tongzhou Second Construction Engineering Co., Ltd.

Gaopeng & Partners Wins the Bidding of the Legal Advisory Service Project of Nanjing Public Transportation (Group) Co., Ltd.
Recently, Nanjing Public Transportation (Group) Co., Ltd. initiated an open tendering of the special legal counsel project. Lawyer Xinmin PU, Senior Partner of Gaopeng & Partners, was elected as the arbitrator of the Tangshan Arbitration Commission on June 26, 2020. Approved by the 51st executive meeting of the Tangshan Municipal People’s Government for establishment on May 14, 2011 according to the provisions of the Arbitration Law of the People’s Republic of China, the Tangshan Arbitration Commission is a quasi-judicial organ approved for registration by the Hebei Provincial Department of Justice on September 27, 2011. The successful election of Lawyer Xinmin PU as the arbitrator of the Tangshan Arbitration Commission reflects the recognition of the lawyer’s professionalism by the Tangshan Arbitration Commission.

On November 17,2012,the first"Young Lawyers Badminton Competition"in Nanjing was held in full swing.Gao Peng(Nanjing)lawyers Hu Yijin,Pu Xinmin,Liang Li,Ying Zhihua,Yu Dongsheng,and Liu Fan actively participated in the competition.After fierce competition,lawyer Pu Xinmin won the second place in women's singles,lawyer Liang Li won the third place in women's singles,and lawyer Hu Yijin won the fourth place in men's singles.
