In order to implement the important instructions of General Secretary Xi Jinping on strengthening the construction of the lawyer team and respond to the activity of "Ten - Thousand Lawyer Party Members Assisting Communities, I Take the Lead in Satisfying the People" organized by the Chaoyang District Lawyers' Industry Party Committee, on the afternoon of February 28, 2024, the Gaopeng General Party Branch and the Phoenix City Community successfully formed a pairing and renewed the "Agreement on Pairing and Jointly Building a Law - Based Community". 


This is the third year that the Gao Peng Party Branch has launched the "Three Principles of the People and Three Communists" service for party member lawyers. Zhang Mingzhi, Deputy Secretary of the Gaopeng Party Branch, visited the Phoenix Community Party Branch and, together with Comrade Liu Mu, Secretary of the community, formulated a work plan and proposal for this "pairing" activity. This "pairing" activity is an important measure taken by the General Branch of Gaopeng Party to practice "rule of law pioneer, industry model, and Chinese image", hoping to make greater contributions to the construction of community rule of law.

Lawyer Gao Peng has always adhered to the correct political direction, practiced in good faith according to laws and regulations, conscientiously fulfilled social responsibilities, supported the basic requirements of the CPC for leadership, supported the socialist rule of law in China, and worked hard to be a good lawyer satisfied by the Party and the people.
