On October 13,2019,the first"Jinling Commercial Law Lawyers Forum",jointly sponsored by the Nanjing Lawyers Association,the Commercial Law Research Association of the Jiangsu Law Society,the Civil Procedure Law Research Association of the Jiangsu Law Society,and the Economic Law Research Association of the Nanjing Law Society,was successfully held.More than 500 legal scholars,commercial experts,and lawyers from all over the world participated in the forum.

This forum has set three themes,namely:cutting-edge issues in commercial disputes,corporate governance and compliance management,and legal services in financial and securities innovation.More than 200 papers were collected from Jiangsu,Anhui,Guangdong,Taiwan,and other regions.After heavy screening and careful evaluation,four business law professors from the Law School of Nanjing University blindly selected 4 first prize papers,12 second prize papers,and 18 third prize papers out of more than 180 qualified original papers.Yin Xiaoqiang,a lawyer from Beijing Gaopeng(Nanjing)Law Firm,won the third prize for his paper"Analysis of the continuing drawbacks of the plaintiff's shareholder identity in the process of shareholder representative litigation and suggestions for improvement".
