On the afternoon of May 11,2018,Lawyer Zhang Zheng,a senior partner of Beijing Gaopeng Law Firm,was invited to participate in the"Expert Seminar on Judicial Review and Enforcement of'Confirmed Arbitration'in Financial Disputes"hosted by the Arbitration Research Institute of China University of Political Science and Law,and gave his opinions.

Liu Shaoyang,Judge and Director of the Executive Bureau of the Supreme People's Court,Liu Jingdong,Director of the International Economic Law Section of the Institute of International Law of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences,Lei Yunlong,Vice President of the Executive Behavior Professional Committee of the Chinese Behavioral Law Society,Shi Jianzhong,Vice President and Professor of the Chinese University of Political Science and Law,Jiang Lili,Secretary General and Vice President of the Arbitration Institute of the Chinese University of Political Science and Law,and Peking University,Renmin University of China,China University of Political Science and Law,Wuhan University Leaders from the Fourth Intermediate People's Court of Beijing and Wuhan Arbitration Commission attended the meeting.

This seminar focuses on the"confirmation arbitration"proposed by the Wuhan Arbitration Commission in the earliest system,and explores the legal basis and effectiveness of"confirmation arbitration",the implementation technology at the implementation level,the application and extension of service methods and scope in the new financial environment,and other aspects.It also discusses the function and value of arbitration in preventing financial risks,how judicial review and enforcement treat"confirmation arbitration",and the innovation of relevant systems,The principle and boundary are discussed.
