On the morning of April 10,2018,Lawyer Zhang Zheng,a senior partner of Beijing Gaopeng Law Firm,was invited to teach a course entitled"Lawyers vs.Arbitrators-Role Positioning,Career Planning,and Behavior Guidelines"for the Special Seminar on Enhancing the Professional Competence of Arbitration Lawyers held by the Arbitration Institute of China University of Political Science and Law for the Shenzhen Bar Association.

During the nearly 2-hour teaching process,Lawyer Zhang Zheng,combining his years of practical experience in handling over 500 cases in multiple arbitration commissions such as the International Trade Arbitration Commission and the Beijing Arbitration Commission,vividly explained the concepts and advantages of arbitration to the students of this seminar,and shared the experience and skills of lawyers representing commercial arbitration cases.Professor Jiang Lili,Vice President and Secretary General of the Arbitration Institute of China University of Political Science and Law,and Professor Liu Chengwei,Director of the Institute of Comparative Studies of Sino American Law at China University of Political Science and Law,participated in the free questioning,discussion,and interaction sessions after class.

Nearly 60 lawyers from the Shenzhen Lawyers Association participated in the study.The courses taught by lawyer Zhang Zheng were generally praised by the students.
