Recently, the 22nd "Li Lu Cup" National University Mock Court Competition was held grandly at Tsinghua University and Liaoning Building. The Li Lu Cup National College Mock Court Competition is a mock court competition organized by the "Li Lu Cup" Mock Court Competition Organizing Committee and co organized by the Taiwan Li Lu Culture and Education Foundation. The competition is held once a year and has been successfully held for 21 sessions so far. The Li Lu Cup National College Mock Court Competition is mainly aimed at undergraduate law students from both sides of the Taiwan Strait, aiming to promote excellent legal education, facilitate two-way exchanges between law schools, improve the ability of law students to handle practical legal affairs, and provide a broad stage for discovering and cultivating outstanding legal talents. The competition was held in Tsinghua University Law School from November 30 to December 3, 2024. It attracted 40 top law schools in China, including Peking University, China University of Political Science and Law, and Renmin University of China; The organizing committee invited academic experts from law schools of major universities, as well as frontline judicial practice elites from courts and law firms, to serve as judges for mock court trials.


The topic of this competition is the complex inheritance dispute cases, which have strong challenges and practicality. In the competition, 40 representative teams brought exciting high-level duels, and in the end, Harbin Engineering University team and Anhui University team won the championship and runner up with excellent results! The holding of mock court competition activities is of great benefit to the enhancement of young students' learning ability, the cultivation of a serious attitude towards work, the experience of teamwork spirit, and the accumulation of legal professional literacy. Especially in such a large-scale and high-level competition, the effect is more obvious and the impact is far-reaching.
