On May 21,2021,Yuhang Street held a signing ceremony for the Jiucun Cooperative Development Agreement of the Shenjiadian Village Level Reserved Land Project with a total investment of 540 million yuan.Neighborhood leaders Lv Fuchun,He Yan,Yan Jianwu,Jiang Zufeng,principals of the Neighborhood Regional Development Office,Urban Construction Management Office,and Financial Audit Office,as well as relevant principals of 9 villages(communities),including Shanghu,Yiqiao,Xianzhai,Zhuyuan,Xita,Yong'an,Hongtong,Xiadoumen,and Shenjiadian,participated in the signing ceremony.As the legal adviser for the project,Lawyer Gao Peng was also invited to attend the ceremony.At the event site,the Shenjiadian community and eight villages north of Tiaoxi jointly signed a cooperative development agreement,and discussed issues related to the organizational structure of the project company.After that,the cooperative project will be entrusted to a state-owned company affiliated to the Future Science and Technology City to build on behalf of it,fully exploiting and implementing the project's advantages,assisting in rural revitalization and achieving common prosperity.
