The Second (Enlarged) Conference of Advisory Group of Comprehensive Cooperation between Jiangyan District Lawyers Association and Gaopeng & Partners Yangzhou Office and Taizhou Office was convened in Jiangyan on May 16, 2020. Both sides exchanged views on the basic status, business direction and major services and products of respective law offices. The Conference further defined cooperation principles, major fields of cooperation and other items, and exchanged experience in internal management, team-building of law office and other aspects. Xinrong LI, Vice Chairman of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference and Director General of the Justice Bureau of Jiangyan District, attended and addressed the Conference, and highly appreciated the cooperation with both offices, which will give a strong boost to the all-round development of the lawyering of Jiangyan. He also encouraged Jiangyan-based law offices to step up cooperation and exchanges with Gaopeng & Partners Yangzhou Office and Taizhou Office.

Zemin XIA, Chief Advisor of Gaopeng & Partners Yangzhou Office and Taizhou Office, came up with constructive suggestions for the cooperation between both sides. He hoped that both offices can actively advance comprehensive cooperation based on the principle of “complementing each other’s advantages, seeking win-win cooperation and pursuing common development”, thereby making due contributions to the social and economic development as well as legal construction of Jiangyan. Chaired by Jun DING, Deputy Director General of the Justice Bureau of Jiangyan District, the Conference witnessed the participation of Weifeng ZHU, Principal Staff Member of the Justice Bureau of Jiangyan District, Yueqin ZHANG, Section Chief of the Public Legal Services Management Section, Yue QIAN, President of the Jiangyan Branch of Taizhou Lawyers Association, directors of Jiangyan-based law offices, and directors, vice directors and team leaders of Gaopeng & Partners Yangzhou Office and Taizhou Office.
