"Falling in love with the profession through dramas in university,and pursuing the'lawyer dream'after graduation"

Everyone admires the group of lawyers,and Lawyer Feng during her studies was no exception.Many movies and TV dramas depict lawyers in different ways."In university,I liked to watch American legal dramas such as Legally Blonde,Boston Legal,and Drop Dead Diva.And in Hong Kong dramas,lawyers often have curly yellow hair.Through collecting evidence,discovering the doubts in the case,and combining with professional legal literacy,the feeling of upholding justice,eradicating evil and promoting good,being passionate,and arguing with a group of people in court deeply attracted me."From that time on,Lawyer Feng was determined to embark on a career path as a lawyer.In the future,she would use her professional legal knowledge to solve problems for clients and remove all difficulties for them.Through hard work,after graduating with a master's degree,Lawyer Feng如愿以偿地entered a law firm and became a full-time lawyer.

Lawyer Feng Chengcheng participated in the e-Zubao case,the 3.9 billion yuan bill case of Agricultural Bank of China,the 786 million yuan bill case of Shanghai Branch of Tianjin Bank,and several administrative penalty cases of the China Securities Regulatory Commission,laying a solid foundation for her subsequent development in the criminal field.In the field of criminal business,Lawyer Feng deeply participated in the defense work of the case of Wei Moumou,Deputy Director and Deputy Secretary of the Party Leadership Group of the Standing Committee of the People's Congress of Shaanxi Province.At the same time,the case that impressed Lawyer Feng the most was acting as the defender of the first defendant in the case of an evil criminal group,from the first instance to the second retrial.Lawyer Feng also participated in expert argumentation meetings for criminal cases as the chief case handler several times,brainstorming with experts and scholars in the criminal field.In the field of civil business,Lawyer Feng once represented the respondent in a retrial case reviewed by the Higher People's Court of Beijing.Through her efforts,the retrial request of the applicant was finally rejected,putting a successful end to the four-year litigation journey of the client.Based on this retrial result,when representing the client in another second retrial case,she achieved a complete victory and perfectly completed the entrustment.In the non-litigation field,Lawyer Feng has conducted due diligence investigations and issued special legal opinions on major changes of fund managers,etc.Her many years of practice experience not only greatly enriched her case-handling experience,exercised her case-handling ability,and strengthened her case-handling skills,but also accumulated rich personal connections and resources for her.It is precisely because of Lawyer Feng's efforts that she was named"Excellent Lawyer of the Firm for the Year".

Lawyer Feng Chengcheng once took over an evil-related case in Henan.She was the defender of the first defendant.In order to get a good defense result for the client,she had to travel to Henan to meet the client almost every two weeks.At that time,the first defendant was charged with five crimes,and there were more than 30 volumes of case files.Lawyer Feng carefully read them twice,and could basically recite the details of the case by heart.She wrote more than 30,000 words of defense opinions alone."What impressed me the most was the court trial of the first instance of this case.At that time,for evil-related cases,all the bar associations where the defense lawyers were located were required to send representatives to attend.There were the families of the 20 defendants,bar association personnel,and the Political and Legal Affairs Commission,etc.in the audience.The court session lasted from 9 am to 10 pm.I was like being full of energy the whole day."Lawyer Feng said,"After the court trial,the client and the client's family,and even the bailiffs and prison guards present all praised my professional defense skills and adaptability.Every defense point hit the nail on the head,and the prosecutor was convinced during the debate.This was the first time in my career that I felt such a great sense of accomplishment.That feeling was extremely proud and gave me great confidence."

When asked about her personality traits,Lawyer Feng cheerfully said that she likes to be persistent in everything.Lawyer Feng is from Northeast China.In life,she is careless and straightforward.But at work,she likes to be persistent.When studying cases with colleagues,she likes to get to the bottom of things and often asks her colleagues during discussions:"Have you checked the legal provisions?Which article of which law?"So for the cases handled by Lawyer Feng,she will carefully study and analyze them,including legal provisions,cases,evidence,etc.,and will not present them until she is satisfied.It is precisely because of this that Lawyer Feng's clients are very"loyal"and will introduce many other clients with legal problems to her for advice,because they know that Lawyer Feng is both professional and responsible.Many clients have even become friends with Lawyer Feng.

"A lover of extreme activities,liking to breathe the free air at high altitudes"

When talking about her leisure activities after work,Lawyer Feng likes to challenge herself and is fond of exciting extreme high-altitude sports.She likes the feeling of soaring in the sky."I once experienced paragliding in Koh Samui,Thailand,indoor wind tunnel skydiving on the Gold Coast in Singapore,and also took a helicopter in Yunnan.My next goal is to experience skydiving from a high altitude."
